Loader Mahindra 5010 gear/hydraulics shake

I bought a 5010 at the end of Aug and my hydraulics started shaking bad. 5ealer picked it up drained it , said it was clogged,put a filter on the hydraulic line. I did some loader work for about 2hrs, parked for 3 days fired it up and guess what? Yep shake is back. Any ideas?

Does it continue to do it or does it stop after a few seconds. If it does it for only a few seconds it is not so unusual. The problem is probably a air leak on the suction side of the pump, between the pump and the transmission case.

I warmed it up for about 20 min, then raised the bucket, it shook, I dropped it and raised it a couple times still shook so I parked it. I've only had it since the end of aug, it's my first tractor and the dealer takes care of me but I'm just gettin a little aggrivated when I need it there is something wrong with it ya know. This will be the fourth time its been in since I've had it. Is there anything I can do to remedy the problem, I hate to warranty those guys to death and if it is something simple I can just knock it out here at the house

If you warmed it up for 20 minutes that should have reprimed the system and I would think that isolates the problem to the loader. First I would go ahead and operate it to see if the shake goes away, which it should. Is it just the loader lift or is the bucket tilt also jerky? This may narrow down what part of the loader plumbing may have a air leak. Try snugging the loader plumbing fittings a little.

Talked to the service guy. He told me to check the hydraulic case vent hose. I took it off the problem is mostly gone, so maynbe were narrowing it down. I checked all th fittings like you said and they were all good and tight. The only thing that bugs me is when I use the throttle to speed up the loader there is still a litlle shake there. Maybe pump is bad, or on its way? 95hrs I'm sure it gotta be somethin else. Oh well its a machine and machines break. I'm sure it will get worked out, mahindra seems to go out of their way to take care of their customers. I aint mad , they treat me good.

Dealer recomends new hydr filter if that does not remedy the problem he said they would pick it up and dig into it and fix the problem. Just eliminating all the simple stuff before they spend the big money and I'm good with that. Ill let you know what the problem was.
