Mahindra 5010 HST Cab 50 hour maintenance

It will soon be time for the 50 hour maintenance on my new 5010 HST Cab tractor. Couple questions:

1) If nearest dealer is pretty far to drive, have any of you ordered parts online and if so, where?

2) Is this maintenance pretty easy to do for a person with average mechanical skills? The manual seems to lack detail that would be nice to have. Is there a manual that can be found/purchased that would be more informative than what came with the tractor? I can't imagine that being what a dealer would use to do the work.

3) The manual says to change to transmission and hydraulic fluids and filters if I remember correctly at 50 hours, is that really necessary?

Recently had the 50h done on my Max25 by the local dealer. So i don't have much for you on your 1st question. Question two, from what i could tell it was mostly fluid exchange, and the reason i opted for the dealer to do the work was in regard to disposal of those fluids. On my tractor (question 3) the HST transmission and the Hydros share fluid.... so changing one meant changing them both. Personally i feel it's important to exchange any fluid after any initial break in period is over. You never know what kind of nastys are floating around in there after things have some time to mesh.

It's a big investment for our family, so anything i can do to protect it or extend it's life is money/time well spent.
