By "charge" being good I assume you are referring to system refrigerant pressures? That would not have any thing to do with the fan not working.
However, if you checked the system pressure then I would think the clutch is engaging on the compressor. That tells me you have power to the switch panel. So the only things left are the blower switch, fan motor, loose/bad connection or a ground problem at the fan motor.
The switch has multiple contact points for the different fan speeds so if it will not blow at any setting this is unlikely your issue.
The fan motor usually will give an indication it is about to go out so if it has not been making noise or something like that it is likely okay.
I would start by looking at the connections to the fan motor and check for voltage there. Then I would closely inspect the fan motor ground. I think this is where you will find your problem.
