- Mahindra 2655HST just replaced my Mahindra Max28XL HST
Hi,
Just took ownership of my first CT a month or so ago. Mahindra Max28XL HST w/ FEL and some implements.. Got the factory backhoe (MB63)as well.
The issue I need help with is during delivery we took off the BH (was working fine) and went to put on the 6' finish mower and the 3PH wouldn't raise. The guy doing the delivery fiddled with it a bit, then called a guy at the shop, and after some time, it was determined that the Power Beyond Hose and the Tank Hose QC fittings were on the wrong hoses. So the BH ran just fine, but when disconneted, the Pressere hose was going to the Tank and the Powerbeyond hose was just sitting there dead-ended. In the attached diagram, they had swapped 18 for 23 and 19 for 32 which means that item 23 was looped back to Tank instaed of PB..
I have read on here about hydraulic lines being disconnected and causing pump burnout, etc, could this have caused any damage to my system that I should have looked at immediately?
The QuickConnects were the same thread size but slightly different Male/female sizes, so we swapped the fittings, Tank for PB, and PB for tank. ( also swapping the fittings on the backhoe as well so it would all continue to work...)
It is hard to believe that a factory tech installed 6 fittings in reverse of where they should have been
. all of this was "added" when they installed the backhoe
Do I have anything to be concerned about? And to top it off, now I have a slow leak at the threads of all the fittings.. Can't beleive that the orings over the threads are shot after 1 take apart... thoughts? I keep finding Hydraulic oil on my PTO cover.
Thanks for the help in advance!
