Mahindra 3510
Hello, I have a Mahindra 3510 gear tractor with fel, the other day while brush hogging I went to push in the clutch to shift to reverse and it sounded like two bears fighting in the clutch area with some vibration also. I idled it down and was able to get it out of gear without too much trouble, it will shift fine and no noise out of the clutch area as long as it is at an idle. But if you bring it up to pto rpm and try that it gets violent, my thoughts are that it has either a throwout bearing issue or a finger problem with the pressure plate, I am in the process of splitting it apart now. Any input or experience on this would be greatly appreciated, also where is the most affordable place to buy genuine parts. Thanks!

Ag parts. If they do not have it stock they can rebuild yours. They are reasonable and are very good clutches.

Sounds like you know what your doing. I like looking at the diagrams myself and ordering parts online. getting the part number a do a google search and you can usually find 1 or two more dealers that sell parts online and you can compare prices.

for oem parts, which there are not much aftermarket parts for mahindra anyway, your options are your local dealer or a online parts source.

My dealer doesn't stock many parts (i don't blame them one bit) so it was usually drop shipped, either way i had to pay shipping. So I just order online now.
