MAHINDRA E-350DI and 3505 PRICES

What is a good price on a Mahindra E-350DI tractor? I was quoted $8500.00 from a dealer about 80 miles from my house, out of state. I don't know if it was a cash price or not. What is a good cash price? What are the prices ya'll got? Does anyone have ANY information on this tractor?

While I am here, what is a good price on a 3505? I haven't got a quote on this one.

Bought my E350DI in December 03 (7 months ago) in Jackson, MS. Paid a total of $7700 tax and all for just the tractor. Rebates vary from month to month. Now have 77 hours on it. Great basic tractor...works hard...easy to maintain. Only real advantage of 3505 is power steering and 2 stage PTO. I have done a LOT of heavy pasture and brush cleanup...no problems. I'm using a 5 foot clipper but it will pull a 6ft. Filters are readily available from my dealer.

Did you pay cash for the tractor? Did you purchase a few implements, along with the tractor? How much was JUST the tractor without tax? How much was JUST the tax? What was the name of your dealer?

I got my $8500.00 quote from Liberty Tractor Company in Liberty, Mississippi. That was just the tractor without tax.

If I bought from MS, will I have to pay LA and MS taxes?

Purchased tractor by itself, from Scott Tractor Co. Hwy 49 S in Richland MS. 1% tax and $750 rebate. Mahindra has varied its rebate schedule on a month by month basis so you'll have to see what it is on E350 model this month. Financed about half the cost.

Bought my 5500 from Scott. Great dealer! I've had excellent "service" from them mostly just answering questions from a new tractor owner, but also in getting my 50 hour service. My experience is they are knowledgeable, courteous, and interested their customers. I highly recommend them - just wish they'd get a new place with more room and easier to get in & out of.
And yes I love my 5500
