I am a complete newbie on this stuff, but tractordata lists a backhoe as Mahindra ANBH86
Worth a shot I think. Did you confirm with dealer it doesn't take a backhoe. Seems fairly essential at least as an option.

I can't speak to every dealer but when I was shopping, the Mahindra dealer was very eager to deal on price and extras.
On the trade, you will always get a better price if you sell it yourself. You will want to weigh that vs the ease of trading it off and make your own decision on what's best for you. I don't know anything about your tractor but the trade price seems low to me.
I would check with Mahindra on the compatibility of a backhoe for your tractor. If the same dealer that isn't budging on price and offering you an exceptionally low trade value is also telling you you can't get a BH for your current tractor, I would be suspicious of his motives. If a BH can be added, I would find another dealer to buy it from.

Why do you need a backhoe so badly right now? Two tractor payments are not needed. Do some homework and find out if anyone offers a hoe and if they do not why. The dealer will be as firm on the price as you will let them be. Sounds to me they got all the money on the first tractor and do not want to be bothered explaining to you why the trade in is so low. Check the facts.

That's for the 4WD. His is a 2WD. I don't know that the rear of the 2WD is different than mine, or if Mahindra doesn't recommend the BH on the 2WD because of the front axle.
