I am having an issue with my Max28 XL HST and wonder if anyone else has ever had this problem ?

What is happening is that when i press slowly Forward or Reverse it makes a Grunt or Deep Moaning sound
and it seems when your in a tight spot its even louder. As the unit gets warmer its more noticeable.
If you press slow its loud but if you slap it all the way forward or reverse its less noticeable. Once fully
enguaged in forward or reverse you would not even know there is anything wrong. I brought it to the dealer
and when i off loaded it i played around in a pile of dirt to warm it up and it was a little noticeable. When i
went back to pick it up they said all they could find was that the Dif Lock lever was stuck in and they
lubricated it and could not find anything else ? I just took it around the garden and its still there. I'm thinking its
like the hyd pump that runs the HST or something like that because it only happens when your initally enguageing forward
or reverse. Any help is appreciated.

This is not a whine noise that the HST normally makes its like a deep moaning or groan very loud at times.

Sounds quite normal to me, if you are operating at low rpms. Try increasing the rpms that you are operating at.

R u in 4wd? 4wd drive is a bit noisier than 2wd.
