When I log in with the old 3510 (bought new) SR#, I get a PDF of owner manual. When the 8560 SR# is typed in, it says to see dealer.
Is this due to the fact that I did not purchase it new or there is a recall of some sort ???
In all fairness to dealer, he does not have any idea of what is issue. They are a old, well established Ag Repair dealer that still use catalogs and parts books as much as a computer for everyday business. Can't ask for better service or relationship, just computer challenged sometime.
