OK I bought a Kubota L-175 yesterday (advertised in paper as a L-1500 but only has a 2 speed PTO) The machine is in really good shape and was aparently well maintained by the old man to whom it belonged. I bought it from his widow. I could tell that there was some emotional atachment to the tractor for her and I almost didn't buy it because I was afraid that she was losing something more than just a piece of machinery. I decided to pay her price for it without haggling ($2300.00) because I couldn't bear to think that some infidel might get this tractor and run it into the ground. I want to carry on the old man's tradition and lovingly maintain this tractor. It is my first, and I need to find operators and service information on the tractor. It has 700 hours on it and other than a little sheet metal damage it is in wonderful shape. Any information on where I can buy manuals or just newbie tips will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
