Manual and info on CAT 302.5

Hi folks - my father bought a CAT 302.5 mini ex that appears to have a couple of problems. he got a decent price because of the fixer'up status of the machine. I need to get a repair manual but cat wants around 600 bucks for one. Surely there is a digital source or used manuals out there? Also the problem is that the controls have stopped working to raise th eblade and lower it, as well as moving the boom left and right. Wondering where to start looking, whether at the electronics out of the joysticks or at the hydraulics themselves? Any help appreciated! e mail is at tysonj87@gmail.com

I cant seem to be able to tighten up the fan belt on my 302.5 cat . I cant even see the alternator . I could use some advice thanks
