Spreader Manual pages for New Idea model 107 rotary spreader

If anyone out there has the manual for this spreader, I need the calibration, settings, speed pages. I need to start spreading some 22-11-11 granular fertilizer for hay and don't have any idea how to set the spreader or how wide it will spread or how fast to travel. Any help would be appreciated.
