Ballast Manuals For MMM, Snowblower, And Ballast Box

I have a BX24 with a MMM,snowblower, and ballast box

Do the these implements come with their own manuals? My dealer delivered them without manuals.

I know for sure there's an owner's manual for the MMM. I don't have either of the other attachments, but would "assume" there'd be one for each. I can't imagine Kubota would expect you to attach, detach and operate their snowblower without one.

I have a BX1500 with MMM and FEL. They both have owner's manuals. I would not think that they would have one for the ballast box (no need I guess ).

My dealer needs to get on the ball and get me these manuals.

I had a devil of a time getting the manual for the BX24 itself. I can see another struggle coming...

Your right. The dealer has a liablility issue on his hands. If you don't have the manuals, then you may not know how to "properly" handle/service the machine. This could end up being his problem in th future.

The manual for my RCK60B-22BX MMM came stapled in the shipping crate w/the MMM. I took delivery of the MMM about a week after I took delivery of the BX23. When it came in to the dealers I just picked it up still crated and brought it home and set it up myself.
You should have an owners manual on all your Kubota implements.
Could be just an oversite by your dealer as the techs may have used them to setup your implements.

Thanks for the info. When the BX24 was delivered to my house there was no manual for anything - the BX24 itself nor the RCK54 (MMM), nor the BX2750 (blower), the PTO kit, or the 3 pt...nada.

I complained and the manual BX24 manual showed up yesterday (2.5 weeks later). Now I'm fighting for the other manuals.

What a pain in the a%@.

The technicians and service people of low-volume sales/service centers have a habit of swiping the service manuals of new design equipment.
Their reasoning is 'how am I going to service/repair it if I don't have a manual'. The shop owners wink at this as it saves them money and forces the equipment owner to come to them for repair.
This is an especially common practice at computer stores. I've seen custom computer systems delivered without a single manual. When I advised the computer owner to go in and raise ****, he's often come back with a dozen manuals. Manuals for the i/o board, mother board, drives, dvd's etc.
I would contact the manufacturer and ask him if he shipped a manual with his equipment. Then go in to the sales place and demand them.
This doesn't apply to consumer electronics such as tv's recorders, players etc where you canonly expect to get an owners operating manual.
