What exactly does a manuar buster look like? Is it just a grate that pushed through the dirt?

Know those guys, up in Golden. Stop by there and see them sometimes. Then we hit the Coors tour.;)

It looks like a comb. Must be one of those only the best horse owners have this....

I'm guessing that a landscape would do the same thing.

Buy a $50 sheet of F72 concete reinforcement mesh , tie on a couple of car tyres and put a chain accross from the 2 corners on the narrow end . Hook it to the drawbar and drive away , You will be happy with the job it does of spreading wet and dry manuar .

I have a sand arena. Only because most of my place is a mix. I use a chain link gate with bricks. Drag it around. Works well. I do pick up some of the bigger stuff.

But I will probably need to go look at one. And stop by Coors to make sure if it would work for me.

I bought a harrow similar to their 'ATV Harrow' it is 4' x 5' and cost me about $130 three years ago at my local farm supply store (also made here in Idaho).... its $330 on that website. I know the price of steel has gone up a lot but that seems high.

I mostly use it for smoothing gardens and my sons track. One thing with an 'all drag' harrow is it tends to carry a lot when in loose dirt... so some of your garden soil ends up in the surrounding area. A 3pt harrow would avoid this as you could raise it. I do use it just as much behind the ATV as the tractor though.

I'm sure it would break up cow patties and the like but it will just spread it around.. not rake it off.

Some places do make a three point frame that can be attached to a chain harrow, or to a chain link fence for that matter I guess. I think that Northern Tool has them, and perhaps Tractor Supply, etc. I have a 4'x8' chain / spike harrow, and I have thought about getting the lifting frame. Mine works well in smoothing out landscape areas, wild boar rooting areas, etc., and I expect it would work well on manure, but haven't tried it since I don't have animals here.

I do think that the Coors tour is vital in this decision making process!

I assume, you're talking about manure, not manuar? A search on manuar says it doesn't exist.
