The new Marine Corps Museum at Quantico Virginia is now open. I'm sure it will be a moving experience to visit. It will be on my must see list.

As of about ten years ago, I was in the Marine Corps Museum in San Diego. It's a picture of me in boot camp while I'm polishing my boots. It has my name on it too.

What's funny is people that have seen it think it's my dad as we have the same name. We've had quite a few neighbors and people he worked with ask him about it. But I haven't heard anything in around ten years, so I don't know if I'm still on display there any more or not.

I happened to catch the dedication on Cspan. It was very nice and moving.

I hope to get there someday as I went through officer training at Quantico in 72.

I'd like to see it, too, Mark. I'm just wondering what's "new" and different from the one they had when I was there 20 years ago.
