Market Value of a Kubota L3010

I am thinking of selling my Kubota 2002 L3010 HST to get a bigger tractor.
Any ideas on what a good asking/selling price for it would be? I didn't see any recent posts on this topic.
It is 4WD, has a loader and about 700 hours. Always serviced regurlarly. It is in good shape.

What I think get for it will determine if I can even get a bigger tractor, so your opinions are valued on what it should go for.

A quick search at Tractorhouse shows several L3010's - a good way to get a general feel for prices. The price range is pretty wide - affected by (1) loader, (2) 4wd, (3) hours/cosmetics, (4) transmission type, (5) tire type/condition. A rough guess at yours might be in the low teens ?
