Gut reaction is "not edible". Err on the side of caution - if you make a mistake, you could end up dead. Some edible mushrooms are difficult to tell apart from their evil counterparts without looking for some very fine details. Easiest way is to invite a mushroom guy over to take a look. Have him try it if he says it's edible, and see if he gets sick before you eat any yourself. A professor in college was fairly astute in this field, but he still killed some family members by making a mistake one day. I don't want to be a killjoy, but consider the consequences.
