These power tracs seem to be a great machine. I currently work for a landscaper and we use a toro dingo 322. I am thinking of going on my own, and the power trac seems like it would be a good machine to start with. Are there any in the massachusetts area. I am from Bridgewater.

I don't find any owners in Massachusetts but there are some in NY, Conn, VT, and NH.

Good morning Derik...I just posted a reply to you, the elves inside my computer must have eaten it for breakfast...:) I live just over the NH border above Haverhill, Ma. You're welcome to check mine out anytime. Sudbury Rental, Sudbury, Ma., has a 425 that they rent out. Perhaps you might consider renting one for a weekend? PowerTrac gave me their name before I bought mine. Anyway, keep in touch, and good luck! Tom

Derik, I live in North Andover. Your more than welcome to come up and try mine. I have the 4in1, minihoe, rake, snowblade, and 10cu ft bucket.
As others have said, it is an awesome machine. Perhaps the quality that still amazes me most is the manuverability and speed with which I can accomplish tasks. During our recent snowstorm (6"), I cleaned 400' of driveway faster than the plow truck we used last year.

Regards,
Trebor

PowerTrom425,
It's nice to know there is another PT425 owner so close. I can't be very far from you as I live in North Andover close to the Boxford/Haverhill line. Perhaps, soon we will have others up here and be able to start our own Co-op.

Regards,
Trebor

Ditto that Trebor... Yes, we are close. I built my second post and beam home for some folks down your way years ago,,,nice country. I have a few different attachments than you, as per my profile, so perhaps we can help eachother out sometime...Keep in touch! And happy tractoring! I have the snow blade as well, with the rubber edge, but without the wheels. We only got less than 2" of snow stuff, so it wasn't enough to break in the plow....darn!! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Tom

Tom,
Thanks for the reply! Was that post and beam house you built a few years back in Boxford? I recently looked at one in Boxford and the craftsmanship was wonderful. Someday I hope to build (or have built) a post and beam barn for recording.

Regards,
Trebor
