Massey 1140 cab heater hook up to coolant system

I have a Massey 1140 Compact Diesel with a Curtis cab. I have a coolant cab heater to install. Where do I hook the coolant lines to the coolant system on the tractor? I checked out the water pump ands see a "plug" just below the thermostat that may allow a hose fitting to be installed. Would this be a place to attach the "in" line to the heater? Where can I hook up the return line???

I took this image from a John Deere forum and I think it shows what you can do.
Your assumption on the "in" hose is correct.
The return can be connected to the lower rad hose with a special T fitting.
The author of the original post had one machined but you could make one yourself using a barbed hose fitting ( same as you would use for black plastic water pipe) and then drilling and welding a small nipple into the side of it.

You could also look for a copper plumbing fitting to modify.
The rubber rad hose will virtually weld itself to the copper fitting and the barbs on a fitting will be unnecessary.

OK, I hooked up the heater just like in the picture above and it works great. If anyone is looking for the "Tee" fitting that goes into the Rad. Hose you can find various sizes at KAT'S Engine Heaters, page 76 in their catalog. I googled the name, found the part number I needed and found it on EBAY. These fittings are metal, not plastic. Made the hook up pretty simple.
