Massey 150 fluid checking

As I am new owner of older Massey ferguson 150 w/loader, i am checking oil, water and all fluid levels.
I do not have the operators manual however.
There is a reservoir of some type on drivers left side of engine that I am not sure what it is. It has a "T" style cap on it and is positioned close to fan belt.
Sorry to appear ignorant but just want to make sure about all levels before operating further.

T cap you have is engine oil fill port, turn T left one or two turns then pull out oil fill plug. With plug in place turn right so rubber sleeve will be tight in fill tube. Perkins gas and diesel engines had the same design. Find oil level dipstick in center of oil pan next to oil filter.

Thanks very much. I thought this was another reservoir which i could not identify. Make total sense now. Is there a Power steering fluid check dip stick as well?
