New tractor to me. I had the PTO engaged with no load on it. Hooked up a rotary mower and now nothing. Won't engaged even without mower hooked. Checked fuses under dash. Is there any other fuses or restart sort of setting on these? Thanks in advance.

Should be a mechanical lever somewhere. Either on the LH side console by your operator seat or one at the back of the tractor. I'm pretty sure the lever will have a yellow handgrip on it.
