massey 220-4 power steering

can anyone tell me if there is a way to put power steering on a massey 220-4,wether it be aftermarket or some other massey parts that will fit this model that will give me power steering,ive got very bad damage to both arms and need power steering somehow.any help with this would be greatly appreciated,thanks in advance....
