Suspect this one is bad. Moves as it should as the steering wheel is turned left and right. Strong hydraulic pressure on both front cylinders. Still, no power assist in either turning direction.
Can the control valve be troubleshooted without removal? What is the purpose of the two large hux plugs on the side of the valve?
