Massey 2402WD power steering problems

Wanted to know if anyone has had this issue with their Massey 2402WD. While steering this tractor right or left, you have to keep turning the wheel continuously or the wheels will go back to straight. It is like the steering cylinders are bypassing. I plugged each one separately and both cylinders have the same issue. In the past year, this tractor has been fitted with a new power steering pump and also new steering cylinders. Steered like a new one until October last year when we started having issues. Could the orbital steering motor be by passing? Need help.

I am working on the same tractor. What a mess. I think your problem is the orbital valve. it would be the only thing that could over-ride the steering wheel.
