massey 275 one cylinder hot

My son has a 275 Massey diesel year 1978. He checked the temperature of the cylinders. One was 215f and the others 155f. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Need more info, is laser temp gun being used, and where. Cylinder exhaust ports are paired together on 1-2 and 3-4, hard to get exhaust reading the way it is ported. Is tractor running hot on water temp? Full load exhaust temp on dyno can be 1200-1250 degrees, at idle may be 150-250. Diesels run much cooler exhaust temp at idle than gas engines do.
