Massey 3165 Differential lock/ posi traction

Hello,

Im going to be purchasing an early 70's massey 3165 with loader this weekend. i went and looked at tractor already has a couple issues. Im fairly mechanical and i have rebuilt a farmall super c.

-Differential lock pedal and linkage missing? looks to be a make shift cover where linkage use to enter axle?

Could someone send me pictures of the pedal and linkage located on the tractor?
Does anyone have a an assembly drawing showing all the parts?
If this tractor is missing parts for the diff lock is it possible to locate new parts under a tight budget?

-3 point hitch does not work, currently owner said parts were removed so they could be chained up but has parts. any ideas on what might be wrong or how to trouble shoot?

- What should i be paying for this tractor?

Did you have any idea what the owner meant? I sure don't. I would not buy a tractor that the 3pt did not work, and I had no idea what was wrong with it.

It was mentioned that the valve body needed to be cleaned out. Not sure if the cam arm was removed or what part. Im not concerned about fixing so much, as how readily available parts will be?
