Massey 5445

Have a Massey 5445 tier 2 tractor that was leaking diesel at the injection pump. Took the pump off and had it rebuilt now it won’t start. It is a Delphi 210 pump. You have to take everything off to get tonthe pump. I lined all the timing marks up on the gears and locked the pump. Is there a bleed screw for this pump. It has electric fuel pump and according to manual all to do is turn switch on to get the air out. Have done this and it still will not start.
