Massey 65-Engine ID help please.

Replacing the valve cover gasket on a Massey 65 and need to confirm the proper valve cover gasket. I see this tractor came with 2 different Diesel engines:

Perkins 4A-203.
It's a 203.5 cubic inch L head engine.
Or
Perkins A4.192
It's a 192 cubic inch engine.

Serial number of tractor is 681068.
Stamper number of motor is RMO 18826-1.

Valve cover has 3 nuts to hold the cover down instead of the usual 6-10 which are along the perimeter. Not sure why I can't post a picture..,

Should I adjust the valve clearance while I'm in there?

G'day I would say if you have three holdown nuts then it is a 192 can't remember a 203 with that setup

They sump in oil pan is vertical and does not have a "wedge" which leads me to believe it's a 203.
Also, the oil filter is vertical which also indicates it's a 203.
The injectors are vertical which is a trait found in the 192.
