Massey 65 Remote Hydraulics Spool valve rebuild

Anyone ever tear apart a 2 spool remote valve.
Looking for rebuild kit or advice on how to get the caps/plugs out.
I have diagram and parts list.
My caps are the smooth ones, no nub to pull out, I have removed the snap rings.

Finally go the spool valve apart- no visible damage- but a missing collar on one spool.

I have a two spool hydraulic control on the Wagner front end loader on my Ferguson TO-35. The control lever to operate the main hydraulic cylinders to raise the loader works fine. ( Power up, gravity down) . But the second lever, which operates the small cylinder to adjust the angle of the bucket, is stiff, and doesn't find the center position by itself. From your work on your valve, what do you think might be the problem ?
