Massey 88 hard starting and fuel spray

Hey guys hope someone can help me out
I've got a Massey 88 and it was running great
All summer but when it's cold when I go to
Start it even after being plugged in over night
It just turned over and barely fires and
Sprays fuel from carb and I couldn't get it
Started. New plugs,wires,points,carb was
Clean and rebuilt. I have a new coil on order
....any suggestions???? Thanks could it be
A vacuum issue
