Changed oil , complete tune up . Still dies

Possibly gas cap vent hole plugged, bad coil. If it acts like its starving for fuel (missing, or sputtering before dying), possibly gas line, fuel filter clogging, float sticking, dirt in fuel tank plugging screen. All of those things can account for a motor that runs for a while and then dies. It's going to be ignition, or fuel supply. I would first suspect fuel supply.

I was going to bet on ignition with the info we have....not much.
Guessing that everything runs great till it gets hot, I would guess coil...but depending on what "complete tune up" is, could be points, or condenser. My 8N did the same thing, and it was the rubbing blocks for the points on the distributer...it would get hot the points would not open enough and it started pitching a fit. New dizzy and it runs like a champ.

I too suspect a bad coil. My TO30 did that years ago and I replaced the coil, points and condenser all at the same time and it fixed it.

+1 on the fuel cap vent plugged. Take it off when the tractor dies and if you hear a whoooosh when you do you nailed your problem.
I have had ignition coils quit due to heat buildup. Since I am educated in the science, I should know the mechanism, but I can't figure this one out. The core characteristics change with heat but that is a gradual thing. The windings could have the insulation worn off in a place/places and the expanding wire touches an adjacent turn and that will kill it. A wire opening up is not on my list as I would expect the wire to get longer rather than shrink and pull away from the terminal.
Another area to look is the capacitor (condenser) across the points which could short out due to heat expansion and prevent the points from breaking the circuit and generating the high voltage pulse.

My experience with bad condensers resulted in rough running, missing, or cutting out under load. Almost impossible to find quality condensers now with the current imports. I have even heard of complete cases of them bad. If at all possible convert to an electric ignition.
