That must have been a gear transmission as mine only has the one brake pedal and no clutch my diff lock is on the left side and you can engage it with the heel of your left foot. Don't know if that one is any different

The 1523 had the diff lock on the right side, had to lean over and use your hand. The left hand location is much easier. I also looked at a 1529, which has split brakes.

Yeah, the turfs sit lower thsn the Ag's or R4's.

Oh that is the same way my 1215 was. A pain in the rear to use. I clicked on that photo of yours and it took me to your web photos so I got snoopy. Those tires on your tractor look like the same tread pattern as Michelin sno tires. Radials and they are great in the snow. The pattern looks wider than most turf tires I've seen. Are those radials? Most normal turf tires I've seen aren't with a hoot in snow or mud

The tires are Titan Multi trac C/S NHS 41 14 20. Pretty sure they are radials. They are highly puncture resistant.

No worries, that is why the albums are public. Feel free to look away... :)

They sure look it. That tread design looks just like those Snow Plus tires we have. They are really good in the snow as long as you don't overinflate them. I didn't know you had a tractor with a cab but it looks good. What are the other larger tractors in that album?

With a few exceptions, I took all those pics, all locally. We traded the 1523 & MF 35 for the 1635 with cab and RFM. The 1523 was too small, so needed the upgrade, and needed the cab. Love the tractor.

Any particular pic, feel free to ask.

I looked at some more of your pictures last night. Did you have two different set of tires on that 1523 or was that two different tractors? That tractor looked about the same size of my 1215 looking at the guy on the tractor. Don't know if that was you or someone else. It's another hot day here in the ozarks. Outside all morning but inside this aftenoon. You probably have nice cool weather there huh? I guess you don't need ac in that cab of that 1635 huh? I didn't see looking at the pictures of it.

When we bought the 1523, we wanted turfs, but the tractor was already on the lot. We used the R4's until the turfs arrived. Glad we got the turfs, because with. the clay we have here, the R4's loaded up and would not clean off, but the turfs cleaned off much better.

The 1635 has heat and a/c, and it blows nice and cool too.

That is my Dad driving te 1523.

Did you have to change rims to to put the turfs on?
