Does anyone know if the MF1540 is available with the Power Shuttle Transmission?

No, it is a different transmission. The Power Shuttle allows you to change direction of movement with the shuttle lever without using the clutch.

Its a shuttle shift but it does require depressing the clutch.

If you're looking at new, no. It doesn't come with a power shuttle. The earlier ones,before the 1600's came with the power shuttle as an option.
