Massey Ferguson 1540 tractor, aftermarket inner and outer - air filters

Does anyone make aftermarkets that fit, as they are terribly expensive from Agco. Maybe money ahead to install a more popular air box from another brand with reasonably priced filters. Hopefully some of you have found what works : ) Thanks for any help and Merry Christmas

If the outer air filter is doing its job the inner one should never need replaced. You can clean the outer one and greatly extend its useful life.

I pick up all my filters from the local Napa store.

I know we have different tractors but my owners manual says I can wash my air filter 5 times before looking into buying a new filter.

I have the 1754 and somewhere on here, someone posted the part number of a Donaldson housing and filter setup. Seems it was around $100 for the kit.
I found it on EBay, then.
The replacement filters are pretty cheap compared to Agco.
The housing looks identical except it has no mounting 吐eet? it痴 just round. I made a cradle and strap type bracket.
