massey ferguson 165 clutch relese bearing removal?

I recent bought a massey 165 for 2200 but it needs a clutch. I got the tractor split and a new clutch and pilot bearing and throw-out bearing. I cant figure out how to remove the throw-out bearing so it would be great if someone could help out,thanks
