massey ferguson 235 steering box.

I have had my MF 235 for about 30 years . The steering has gotten very difficult, and the top shaft has fluid spurting out when I steer. This unit was rebuilt many years ago, and the gears,(L&R pittman shafts and ball nut rack), were replaced with the newer heavier ones. I went through the box and replaced every seal I could see including the top shaft seal. No luck. Same leak when reinstalled.
Has anyone else run into this?

The MF235 is notorious for its steering system. If you do not get a response here, post in the MF forum, I am sure that someone has rebuild one.
