Hi, I am about to overhaul the disc brakes on an MF 254 (Landini made) and would like any tips from anyone who may have some experience. I have been through the same process on my MF 40 loader backhoe but there are significant differences in the set up. My main question is whether I have to first disassemble the final drive before unbolting the trumpet casing that attaches to the gearbox or if I can remove the whole lot as a unit. Thanks.
