Massey Ferguson 3165 for sale

Just noticed in my area a Massey 3165 1978 tractor for sale 7500$ Canadian dollars . Seems a bit expensive. Says 300 hours on new engine. No loader.

Is it a Perkins diesel or Continental gas powered machine?

I would be curious of the motor and if it's actually new or just a rebuilt motor. Also, diesels have inherently more torque depending on what your purpose is. It looks to be in real nice shape in the picture.
