Dan MF 50A TLB

I have an Industrial 50 TBL with a MF 300 loader and a MF 54 rotator swing for the back hoe, with a locking diff. I had the hydraulic pump changed a while back and then the loader started to stall the engine under load. And then the backhoe did the same. It seems the main safety valve (for a better term) is not working and thus under load if I do not reduce the load it will stall the perkins Diesel AD4.203 engine. Never did it before but the old mechanic (who passed two years back) had done some McGyvering to the hydraulic return hose, but I do not think this is the problem.
Now, I have all the service, parts and operator manuals for this TLB, but none of these show the hydraulic system at all. If I had that I can at least try to trouble shoot where all the hose are supposed to be going. One MF mechanic told me to remove the main control valve on the loader side at the right of the operators seat and look at cleaning that out as it sounds like I may have crude in there stopping the valve from working property under load. I have the service manual and parts manual that shows the breakdown, so no issue with that, but I want to see how the hydraulics is run in this tractor to better understand how it was initially intended without the modifications the mechanic had done.
Anyone know if that type of manual exists? I tried all the tractor places and only see the three manuals I already have. The hydraulics manual would be a great help.
