Massey Ferguson oils help please

I have a massey ferguson 135, dont know much about it but want to make sure its all serviced and will last. So today I opened the drain plug on the gearbox up by the shifters to see what the oil looked like inside. It wasnt good it was all milky white in color and I know that means there is a water buildup or something related as well as it seemed to be full only about 1/4 the way up from the bottom. Can anyone give me some advice on changing it out? I really appreciate any response.

thanks a lot for that , definitely a wealth of information in that download. I skimmed through it found the lubricating section at near the end of it was hard for me to determine any fluids or placement for them. I plan on going over it again tomorrow when I have more time.
