Hi,
I purchased an 855 2 years ago and I have not been successful with starting the little Kawasaki engine on the MSC that came with it. I did not really need it until now so tonight I started to look more into it. It never fired at all so I started testing the kill switch with my tester. I found out that the kill switch is always grounded. I took the ignition/coil completely out of the engine and found that there was still a steady contact between the kill switch connector and the main bracket.
This is not normal right?
I think I need to replace the coil but I am not familiar enough with small engines to know for sure that this is the problem. Anybody knows what I am talking about?
