Gone are those days my friend. Well, we can look on the bright side, since the sale of replica black powder mortars and cannons has been curtailed there have been no roberies, murders that have hit the press, or in general few or no felonies committed against any citizens of these United States through the use of replica black powder mortars or cannons. Of course even without specific legislation enacted to prevent it, you might note the dearth of news stories regarding the use of small rodents propelled from surgical rubber powered slingshots to commit mischievious acts or assault the law abiding citizenry.
