Hi Guys
I have a problem with my steering pump making a noise when turning, this noise was not there till the day that a pipe going to the pump came loose and lots of oil drained out. Also after this incident the oil filer plug shot out and smoke came out of it (I did not see this, my driver told me about it) this means that there is a pressure build up in the gearbox could this be coming from the pump? is there a way to bleed this pump? as this tractor was bought second hand I did not get the user manual with it. I've attached some photos for you too look at. There are other problems with this tractor like the dashboard that lights up like a Christmas tree and the electric gear change will not function correctly at times and then the rims are coming apart (See photo) what I should do is park this tractor take it apart and go through it with a fine tooth comb but the thing is that I've just had a major Op and I cant lift any thing heavier than a cup of coffee (No joke)
