McCulloch/Kubota G-12

--- I found an old McCulloch/Kubota G-12 with a tiller on back for sale out by our farm.
--- How easy is it to find parts for this lawn tractor? It does not have a mower deck.
--- The guy cannot get it started but he assumes it is a simple electrical problem. He said $600 bucks but I am sure I could talk him lower. But his buddy was carrying a .45. He took his hand off it when he realized I was a local.
--- This is a really solid lawn tractor. It would be an interesting project. Just thought I would get the opinions of the experts, and those with the experience.
--- He said that someone told him that the tractor was about 10 years older than the year that Kubota came to the U.S. for whatever that's worth.
--- Where would I look for serial numbers and such?

I just pulled mine out of the shed and tore it down. I found a place too get a new plug it is called ClubPlug it is an NGK G2Z I have a few loose wires but confidence is high that it will run again

To the person who bought this. Would you give us an update of your restoration progress please? It's been almost 5 years. I am getting antsy to see what it looked like brand new, and how it operates, and the history of it. Thank you.
