Well, I'm never going to try this. I was just curious.
To be honest, I really did think I'd hear accolades that Jet fuel would be a fantastic fuel to use, but for the expense.
I'm admittedly a bit surprised to learn it might not be.
I guess things aren't parallel in the world of aviation gas / domestic gas and jet fuel / domestic diesel.
I used to use aviation gas for my high strung dirt bikes (Yamaha YZ 465 and Maico 490)
It was with the YZ that I first used aviation fuel and discovered the engine would pull cleaner & longer than with the highest premium I could buy at the pump.
I figured jet fuel would be similar in concept to diesel.
