Mechanic for JINMA Tractor

I recently purchased a farm property in the La Farge - Viroqua, Wisconsin area that came with A JINMA 354 tractor. The tractor has quite a few issues including steering and loader not working well and the brakes barely stopping it. I am looking for a mechanic that works on JINMA's to take care of the issues.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

I am not at all familiar with your area. And limited knowledge of your tractor brand and less with that model.
That said, I would take a guess that your issues with steering and loader are interrelated. I would suggest a hydraulic fluid change and clean the screen (if equipped, most tractors have one located opposite the suction line to the hydraulic pump) and the hydraulic filter (if equipped, usually in the suction line to the pump). The steering may have a separate pump from the hydraulic pump or you may only have one pump.
Your brakes may be as simple as adjusting the pedal free play—usually a turn buckle under the ‘floor board’. Free travel for most tractors is around 1”, it may be different for yours.
My best suggestion for finding someone to work on it would be to ask at a dealer in the general area.

I don't think you will find any experienced Jinma mechanics. But any general purpose farm mechanic will probably be able to make some headway. Parts availability might be an issue.

I would AVOID any dealer in your area, because none of them in your area are likely to be familiar with the Jinma anyway.
Ask your friends and neighbors for a tractor/machinery repair shop recommendation.
Rural farm machinery shops/mechanics can fix just about anything but a broken heart.
I sure do miss my Minnesota farm shop.
They could fix or fabricate almost anything.
