I recently sent this to Messick's and thought I would share my experience with this group.

Recently I needed to purchase some parts for a Ford 1220 mower deck. I originally thought it was a 60” 914A (stamping on deck) and ordered a belt for such.
After receiving and attempting to install the belt, it became obvious something was wrong. I called and spoke with Jeff Lowe. Through our phone conversations and subsequent emails, Jeff was able to help me determine the correct parts needed and expedited them to where they needed to be. His courtliness and professionalism were an unexpected benefit to our transaction. He displayed a shining example of what customer service is supposed to be.
