MK Martin is the manufacturer. Some years ago I bought one of their rotary cutters and didn't have a manual. I called them and they immediately mailed a manual to me. Great folks to deal with. Their website is:

When I bought mine, the dealer did not have the manual so they printed the manual from their computer. You should email sales as shown in the link that herringchoker posted.
Don't give up on getting the manual. There is a lot of good info in there including good exploded assembly diagrams.

On another note,
Check the alignment of the idler/tensioning gear on the chain. Mine was running a bit off center and pushing hard on the side of the chain. I cut about a eighth inch off the (pipe) spacer to get a good alignment.
