I can see it now. The kids step across the state line to sell a few dozen sweet corn. Barney comes by and wants to see permits, workers comp insurance, business license, tax id and proof that the corn is theirs to sell. And...that's just for starters since it's involved in interstate sales.
The sad part; it probably could happen.
