Metric hydraulic cylinder size?

Hello all,

I am trying to determine the size of a cylinder that is labeled as 18-70, L=142. From this information is it possible to translate it to an SAE size?

Is the rod diameter approx. 3/4", cylinder diameter just under 3", stroke just under 6"?

The cylinder is very small. It should have a diameter of about 1" the best I can tell.
